For Bluefield Cwm and Phurnacite Limited
Bluefield sits on the policy as First Named Insured, with cover across both the Cwm and Phurnacite lands from the date of contract exchange. The policy is designed to stand behind the acquisition: it responds to pollution conditions that emerge at or migrate from the sites, and it can be extended to a funder where a written contract requires it.
