How the land definition is used

The insured sites and their retroactive and delineation dates are scheduled to the policy under endorsement E-SPL-112.
Disclosed documents, including the title pack, are scheduled under E-SPL-150 and form the basis of what is treated as known pollution.
The specified disclosed pollution incident exclusion for on-site clean-up costs applies to Insured Site 1 only.
The voluntary site investigation exclusion applies only to the KJ Price Ltd owned portion of the lands.
